What began as the two of them cooking and hosting intimate dinner parties together has, over nearly a decade, grown into a thriving catering company rooted in the simple, timeless values of great hospitality, warmth, generosity, and attention to detail.

A self-taught chef, Paul creates food that celebrates the seasons: refined yet rustic, beautifully balanced, and always ingredient led. Together, he and Nell bring a natural ease to every event, from private dinners and weddings to fire pit feasts and celebrations of every kind.
